The Care Institute (TCI) is a strategic initiative of the Cornerstone Foundation of America, Inc. (cornerstonefoundation-america.org), a private operating foundation with 501(c)(3) nonprofit status dedicated to mending, strengthening, and building lives, especially among the broken, the vulnerable, and the young. While TCI benefits from the support and vision of the Cornerstone Foundation, it is independently owned and operated by Line & Circle Media, LLC (lineandcirclemedia.com) and Better Shepherds, LLC (bettershepherds.com). The Cornerstone Foundation and its Board of Directors provide strategic guidance but bear no legal liability for TCI content or operations.
Line & Circle Media serves as the publisher of all TCI content, while Better Shepherds oversees TCI curricular development and academic standards, in consultation with TCI's Advisory Board.

The Care Institute utilizes LearnWorlds as its Learning Management System (LMS) platform. By accessing or using TCI courses and resources hosted on LearnWorlds, users also agree to comply with LearnWorlds' terms and conditions (

Access Rights: Subject to these Terms of Service, Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access the portion of the website applicable to their registration. - Review Process: All complaints will be reviewed by our administration team within 10 business days.
- Resolution: Users will receive a formal response outlining the findings and any proposed resolution or next steps.

Payment Terms: Users agree to pay the applicable fee for the specific training or course selected. All fees are clearly outlined on the registration page.
Taxes: Users are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or transfer taxes associated with their purchase.

- Guarantee: TCI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
- Terms: Refunds will be issued for 100% of the purchase price, minus a $25 administrative service fee for purchases exceeding $50.
- Procedure: To request a refund, Users must submit a written request to registrar@careinstitute.org within the 30-day window.
User Cancellation: Users may cancel their enrollment in a scheduled live program up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund, minus the standard administrative fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may not be eligible for a refund but may be credited toward future training at our discretion.
Institute Cancellation: In the unlikely event that The Care Institute must cancel or reschedule a program due to unforeseen circumstances, Users will be notified promptly. In such cases, Users will be offered the choice of a full refund or enrollment in a rescheduled session.
TCI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. We aim to provide excellent training, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes in every individual professional practice.
TCI reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our services, market conditions, or regulatory requirements. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage Users to review these terms periodically.
When using any System on the Website you should do so in accordance with the following rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in your Account being suspended or closed:
- You must not use obscene or vulgar language;
- You must not submit Content that is unlawful or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, Content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, sexist, or racist;
- You must not submit Content that is intended to promote or incite violence;
- It is advised that submissions are made using the English language, as We may be unable to respond to enquiries submitted in any other languages;
- The means by which you identify yourself must not violate these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws;
- You must not impersonate other people, particularly employees and representatives of The Care Institute; and
- You must not use Our System for unauthorized mass-communication such as "spam" or "junk mail".
